Shipping Policies
It is our goal to ship your order as soon as possible, typically in 5-7 business days. During times of heavy volume it may take 7-10 business days. We use UPS for most shipping. Orders totaling $0-$10 ship for a flat rate of $8.95, orders totaling $10.01-$30 ship for a flat rate of $12.95, orders totaling $30.01-$62 ship for $14.95, orders totaling $62.01-$124.99 ship for a flat rate of $16.95, orders over $125 ship for FREE. If an item is Out Of Stock we will contact you right away to offer a solution. If you experience a problem with your shipment please call us immediately at (607)589-9901 so we can begin to resolve your issue.
Returns
Due to the fragile and personal nature of bath and body products, we are unable to accept return of products. If the item was damaged in shipping, or the return is the result of our error, we will process the return for reimbursement. These items must be returned to us unused, and still in their original packaging. Please contact us by calling (607)589-9901 or, at rsvp@fingerlakessoap.com if you have any issues with your order.
